Cooking Class: Make New Orleans-Style Pasta From Scratch

Chef Ryan will be your expert guide as you master the art of fresh pasta-making. You'll craft and shape your pasta dough by hand before creating a luxurious savory sauce. Using smoky tasso ham, bold blackened chicken, hot sauce and more, you'll whip up a decadent cream sauce to smother your fresh noodles in. Dig in and take your new culinary skills home to your kitchen!


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class.
