Master the art of pasta-making in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kwesi. You'll learn to make foolproof pasta dough from scratch before creating two luxurious fillings.
Start out by combining flour and egg to form pasta dough. Then, Chef Kewsi will teach everyone to make two decadent, creamy fillings including an Italian sausage filling and a wild mushroom filling. Shape your pasta into stuffed tortellini, serve them in a luxurious cream sauce, and take your new skills home with you!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kwesi brings 14 years of experience, creativity and knowledge to the table. With a background in catering, events and hospitality, he's worked as a sous chef, a cook and a food and beverage manager. He's excited to share his unique skills, expert knowledge and love of culture and cuisine with new and returning home chefs of all levels. He brings energy and flair to cooking classes and culinary experiences.
