Indulge in a hands-on cooking class where Chef Amira will teach you how to prepare Southern classics with an elegant spin! You'll get to experience how traditional Southern comfort food can be made gourmet. 


Begin by making classic deviled eggs with mayonnaise, mustard and paprika. You'll also create a lemony and fresh caesar salad with its signature anchovy dressing. For the main course, you'll learn the best techniques to cook a homemade stuffed salmon topped with shrimp and a creamy hollandaise sauce. To match this dish perfectly, you'll cook parmesan-garlic buttery mashed potatoes. And for the sweet happy ending, whip up a classic peach cobbler with sugar, brandy, cinnamon, lemon juice, nutmeg and vanilla.

Chef Amira showed me how to make a yummy cajun garlic sauce. It looked so good! I can't wait to try this one at home on pasta or fish. Sauces are always intimidating to me and she walked me through step by step. If you are in Atlanta I recommend taking a class with Chef Amira!
