Discover the subtle differences in chocolate varieties with a guided tasting session before moving on to create your own chocolate ganache. After you’ve created your silky-smooth chocolate mixture, move on to hand rolling your truffles and topping them with an assortment of sprinkles, nuts and tempered chocolate.
