Join Chef Unika in this hands-on cooking class, where you'll discover how to prepare an authentic and entirely handcrafted Greek mezze. Salivate over the selection of sweet and savory dishes.
Chef Unika will guide you through the creation of two beloved Greek appetizers: dolmas, or rice wrapped in grape leaves, and fresh maroulosalata, a salad of lettuce, cucumbers, and dill. Next, you'll learn how to make lamb and beef meatballs, a yogurt cucumber sauce to pair with the meat, as well as Greek yogurt flatbread that you'll form from scratch. Build a luscious baklava from the ground up with phyllo, nuts and honey.

Chef Unika was amazing! She was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to take a cooking class while at home! She takes requests and alterations to any course currently listed under her offerings!

Unika is our favorite!!! She was so fun, we actually ended up laughing the entire time and it was such a fun experience.
