Preparing pasta from scratch may seem like a daunting task at first, but after this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ozzy you will be able to prepare it with ease! Learn valuable new skills and recipes from an expert to take home with you.
Warm up by first assembling a delicate carpaccio of pickled squash, arugula, pepitas and capers. Next, Chef Ozzy will show you step-by-step how to make homemade pasta dough before helping you create a luxurious filling of ricotta, mushrooms and leeks. Finally, learn to bake a chocolate cake with vodka-infused Chantilly cream and homemade Oreo crumbs.
