Begin by preparing a simple Italian arrangement of fresh fish with fermented vegetables in a light, citrus sauce. Next, learn to perfectly time and pan-sear a ribeye steak in a chimichurri sauce to serve with potatoes in an emulsified butter. Finally, Chef Ozzy brings a whole new flavor to a traditional bread pudding by incorporating a nutmeg chantilly.
