To begin, Chef Ozzy will guide you through the process of creating homemade tagliatelle noodles from hand-crafting pasta dough to preparing a luxurious cacio e pepe sauce made of cheese, butter, pepper and sage. Next, you will pan-sear scallops to a caramelized perfection to be served over a zesty romesco sauce. Finally, end on a sweet note with a decadent chocolate torte.
