Cooking Class: Cooking Classic Asian Cuisine
Bring your favorite Asian dishes to your dinner table in this hands-on cooking class from Chef Karen. She'll share her tips and tricks for preparing a savory spread filled with familiar flavors made with a gourmet touch.
Start your lesson with a fiery homemade mango dip, served with light and crispy wonton chips. Then, create classic kung pao beef and Szechuan chicken, a pair of entrées with their own spicy and savory personalities. You'll also whip up a traditional fried rice filled with vegetables and make matcha green tea mochi for a fun and flavorful dessert.
