Cooking Class: Make Roasted Squash Ravioli

Every chef knows that homemade pasta elevates any meal, and in this engaging cooking class, you'll learn how to make fresh ravioli from scratch! Chef Afi will be your expert guide as you learn to make an egg-free pasta dough and sumptuous butternut squash filling.


At the start of class, you'll learn how to make pasta dough from scratch using aquafaba, which is commonly used as an egg substitute. Then, you'll knead and roll the dough to cut the pasta into ravioli shapes. Next, make oven-roasted butternut squash for a luxurious filling. Finally, you'll create a velvety sage butter sauce to serve atop of your homemade pasta.

Chef Afi gave us a great first time cooking class experience. My partner and I had a blast making these delicious Butternut Squash Raviolis and enjoyed learning about the whole process and how simple it was to make!
