Cooking Class: Make Rustic French Cuisine Elegant

Imagine yourself enjoying the French countryside as you recreate rustic French dishes in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Mary Ann will guide you through an elegant, four-course menu as you learn valuable new culinary skills and recipes.


To begin the class, you'll create an amuse bouche of Chef Mary Ann's choice to tantalize your palate. Then, make a savory French onion soup with a crispy crostini topped with creamy gruyère cheese. Next, craft poulet à la Provençale made with tender chicken flavored with fennel and served alongside herb potatoes. Finish the meal with a decadent crème brûlée with the perfect caramelized top for dessert.

Going to Chef Mary Ann was quite an inspiration! I felt totally transported to Italy with her delicate dishes full of aromas that you can only find in an authentic Italian home. She presented her lessons with her amazing style, and made me feel as if I was cooking with a superstar Italian grandmother. Thanks for such a wonderful time!!
