Cooking Class: Handmade Cajun Pasta

In this hands-on class with Chef Sara, you will learn how to prepare a handmade Cajun pasta completely from scratch using a bounty of fresh ingredients and easy-to-learn cooking techniques.


Chef Sara will begin the class by teaching you everything you need to know to prepare and roll out your freshly made pasta. Then, you will learn how to concoct a creamy and velvety smooth pasta sauce studded with bell peppers and a well-balanced cocktail of Cajun spices that will leave your taste buds singing a jazzy little tune.


Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

The handmade Cajun pasta class we took with Chef Sara was awesome! All the ingredients and utensils provided were in great shape and were neatly laid out ahead of time. Sara guided us through every step from the raw ingredients to a delicious meal, and we learned some great tips and techniques along the way. Excellent experience!
