Learn knifing techniques and rice preparation before creating a starter salad featuring crab and cucumbers. Then, prepare three classic rolls stuffed with salmon, spicy tuna and fresh vegetables. You'll even invent your own tasty combination for a make-your-own sushi roll. And don't forget dessert, wonton churros rolled in sugar and cinnamon with a honey-butter caramel dipping sauce.
