Discover the tastes of Jalisco, Mexico as Chef Jennifer shows you how to make some of the region’s most famed dishes in this cooking class. Chef Jennifer will guide you through every step of the process, which will begin, of course, with homemade tortillas.
First, you will learn to craft corn tortillas using masa harina to make crispy flautas topped with an avocado salad. Next, you will cook beef skirt steak to a juicy perfection to make carne asada tacos. Finally, you'll whip up a classic Mexican chocolate mousse with homemade whip cream for a decadent end to a hearty meal.
