Step up your dinner party game with the delightful Spanish-inspired tapas you'll create in this cooking class with Chef Nate. He'll teach you new culinary skills that you can use in your home kitchens forever and some inspiring new recipes.
To start, you'll whip up a beloved Spanish classic: pan con tomate. This light, savory appetizer is made with rustic bread and a rich tomato-based purée including olive oil, garlic and salt. Next, pair together the robust flavors of chorizo and zesty manchego cheese for some delectable, visually-appealing skewers. Throw a tapas party and impress your guests with these authentic eats!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Chef Nate was great! He gave us a lot of knowledge about sushi and how it all began. The class was very relaxed and he took the time to explain things if you had questions. Overall it was such a fun class! I definitely recommend taking one if you like sushi!
