Cooking Class: Indulge in Tuscan Cooking

Enjoy the nutty, delicate, and rich flavors of Tuscan food all while learning to cook it in this hands-on cooking class hosted by Chef Marc. Chef Marc will take you on a journey to the Tuscan countryside where you will learn all about its culture through a carefully curated menu that begins with a creamy mushroom risotto. 


Next, you'll learn to roll pancetta and sirloin into a juicy braciola which you will pair with fresh, handmade pasta. Chef Marc will end the experience with a raspberry tiramisu you will build with lady fingers, mascarpone and cream.

Porcini and Wild Mushroom Risotto

With arborio rice, shallots, white wine, cream and butter


Angus Top Sirloin Beef Braciole

With almonds, pancetta, ricotta, red wine and San Marzano tomatoes


Handmade Pappardelle Pasta

With flour and eggs


Raspberry Limoncello Tiramisu

With lady fingers, mascarpone, cream, vanilla and eggs
