If you're a brunch lover, this interactive cooking class with Chef Nikole is for you! You'll learn to make a New Orleans-inspired brunch of homemade pancakes with a bananas Foster topping that will rival any restaurant.
You'll start by mixing up a batch of fluffy pancakes from scratch, then create a decadent topping from freshly sliced bananas, banana liqueur, brown sugar, and bourbon. Chef Nikole will teach you to flambé like a pro, a technique that is sure to impress at your next brunch party.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
