Consider this cooking class a culinary choose-your-own-adventure: tacos or nachos? Chef Nikole will teach you the techniques behind mastering Mexican street corn, a handheld snack known as elote.
You will learn how to make restaurant-worthy tacos or nachos featuring this popular street food right in your own kitchen. First, Chef Nikole will show you how to hand-form fresh tortillas from masa harina, a traditional Mexican corn flour. Next, you'll cook up a batch of sweet corn flavored with salty cotija cheese, lime juice, cilantro and rich Mexican crema. Whether you use it to create the perfect taco or tower of nachos, you can't go wrong with this interactive cooking class.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
