Join Chef Lawrencia for a fun and interactive cooking class featuring the essentials of Asian cuisine. With Chef Lawrencia as your expert guide, you'll recreate your favorite Asian eats as you master valuable culinary skills.
You'll start with classic spring rolls prepared with julienned vegetables and a rich peanut dipping sauce. Next, learn how to roll the perfect round of sushi using salmon, avocado, rice and nori. Then, learn how to prepare a sizzling batch of pan-fried soba noodles with garlic, chilis, green onions and oyster sauce. Dessert is a refreshing matcha ice cream float topped with freshly whipped cream.

We had the Street Mexican Dinner and she was so nice and professional. We hope to have another cooking experience with her again!

Seemed like the chef had little to no knowledge on making sushi, there was really no step by step. Just a chaotic mess throughout the class. Chef acted as if we were already supposed to know what we were doing and the microwave rice when making sushi is not the way to go. We had fun with our table regardless of the poor class.
