In this hands-on cooking class by Chef Jonathan, you’ll learn everything you need to know about cooking seasonally with seafood. This culinary journey will take you to the shores of Italy where the fish are fresh and the produce is crisp!
Kick off the class with an elegant roasted beet and burrata salad with toasted pecans and an herbed citrus dressing that will set your tastebuds alight. Get those hands dirty and learn to make traditional Italian gnocchi by hand for a wintry classic of butternut squash pasta and rosemary garlic shrimp. Next, sear jumbo scallops to perfection and drizzle them in the perfect Italian salsa verde, a combination of parsley, olives, chili oil and parmesan. Indulge in a fluffy limoncello cheesecake mousse for dessert.

Excellent!!! Gracious, knowledgeable and patient. Chef Johnathan was the host with the most. We had a spectacular prep and meal. We are still talking about the great learning experience, conversation and delicious meal we enjoyed.
