Dry pasta has nothing on pasta made fresh. In this cooking class with Chef Danielle, you will learn how to mix, knead, roll, cut, boil and serve your own homemade pasta. All that's required is flour, water, eggs and a willingness to learn.
Start by prepping the dough. Then, move on to your two different pasta sauces — a tomato marinara and a vibrant green pesto. Finish by cooking your pasta, topping it with your sauce of choice and enjoying your homemade meal.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
