Immerse yourself in an Italian culinary journey in this gourmet cooking class, where you'll master making handmade pasta and more Italian favorites. In this hands-on class, Chef Jared will show you how to transform simple ingredients into gastronomic masterpieces so that you can take your new skills home with you.
You'll start by preparing an elegant arugula and radish salad paired with a homemade lemon vinaigrette. Next, you'll learn how to make a luxurious twist on bruschetta complete with tart strawberry and whipped mascarpone. For the main dish, you'll be preparing handmade potato gnocchi served with salty pancetta, spring peas and lemon butter. Finish up this festival of flavors with a perfectly decadent dessert of rich buttermik panna cotta.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jared is fantastic! He is passionate about sharing his love of food with others. He provided a lot of helpful tips and techniques with us and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend his classes and private chef experiences!
