With potatoes, flour, eggs, parmesan cheese and olive oil, you'll form, knead and shape fluffy gnocchis. Then, you'll learn how to cook a rich, velvety mushroom sauce that will level up your gnocchis into the perfect heavenly dish.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

It was a very nice class and the food tasted great. The downfall, there were too many people. We were also told we would get the recipe emailed to us but that did not happen.

Chef Seamus was so amazing and patient with our group! He also went the extra mile in getting high quality ingredients for our gnocchi- highly recommend this class!

I purchased the Gnocchi making class for my daughter for Christmas with the intention of being her plus one! The class was in a great location and chef Seamus was such a great instructor. He answered questions and gave us personal stories to give the class a friendly vibe. The Gnocchi was amazing as well! My only concern was with a few of the classmates that appeared to be maybe a little too hammered to be working with boiling water and flames. But Chef Seamus had a watchful eye and it was all good to the last bite! Can’t wait to try another class!

With a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Seamus has built an impressive culinary career. He has many years' worth of experience serving as a sous chef and executive chef at various esteemed establishments including restaurants and resorts. Chef Seamus is the owner of an artisinal cured meats company and brings plenty of passion and expert knowledge to all of his culinary ventures.
