After learning the step-by-step process of making handcrafted Italian pasta, you'll learn the fundamentals of how to make a hearty Pomodoro sauce that makes your mouth water. All you need are simple ingredients like farm-fresh tomatoes, basil, and garlic to learn a recipe that you'll never forget!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Fun class and experience making pasta. Only thing was space was very limited and tight but was a fun date night.

With a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Seamus has built an impressive culinary career. He has many years' worth of experience serving as a sous chef and executive chef at various esteemed establishments including restaurants and resorts. Chef Seamus is the owner of an artisinal cured meats company and brings plenty of passion and expert knowledge to all of his culinary ventures.
