Craft rustic Italian dishes from various regions in this engaging cooking class with Chef Dee. You'll make five authentic dishes with fresh ingredients using classic Italian cooking techniques.
Begin the Italian feast with an aromatic tomato basil soup to cleanse your palate. Then you'll craft a rich chicken Marsala topped with earthy mushrooms before having an Italian chopped salad with salami and mozzarella. A comforting and creamy risotto topped with fresh parmesan will warm you up. You'll finish the meal by indulging in a ricotta and cinnamon trifle for dessert flavored with salted amaretto liqueur.

This class was super fun! I liked all the info that Chef Dee provided and meeting new people over making food. A perfect date idea either with another person or by yourself!

I wanted to love pasta class but I didn’t. Dough was premade using pillsbury dough sheet in the dough. We only rolled the dough then waited forever for it to cook. We didn’t make the pesto it was made on site for us. Also the recipes were handwritten and missing ingredients. I invited friends to join me at the class and was embarrassed by what was presented.
