To begin, you'll make a savory frittata with salmon and asparagus and flavored with dill cheese. Next, make a classic French toast with a luxurious twist. Top thick slices of sourdough with a sweet rhubarb compote and whipped cream. Cleanse your palette with a mixed green salad drizzled with strawberry dressed with pecans and goat cheese tossed in. You'll finish the meal with a decadent dark chocolate tart sprinkled with cookie crumbles.

This class was super fun! I liked all the info that Chef Dee provided and meeting new people over making food. A perfect date idea either with another person or by yourself!

I wanted to love pasta class but I didn’t. Dough was premade using pillsbury dough sheet in the dough. We only rolled the dough then waited forever for it to cook. We didn’t make the pesto it was made on site for us. Also the recipes were handwritten and missing ingredients. I invited friends to join me at the class and was embarrassed by what was presented.
