Let your little ones get confident in the kitchen in this fun, interactive cooking class! With Chef Jordan as their expert guide, your young chefs will have a blast learning how to make authentic pasta from scratch alongside two other tasty recipes. The group will make fresh, cheesy garlic bread before crafting pasta dough and shaping it into spaghetti noodles. Pasta will be smothered in a hearty marinara sauce and for dessert, everyone will whip up a sweet strawberry cobbler.
A minimum of one adult is required to be in attendance per group. Adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids. This class is recommended for ages 5-15.
Many ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.

We took our granddaughter on a little trip and one of our excursions was this cooking class. We had a wonderful time! Jordan was very encouraging, and the pasta, garlic toast, and cobbler we made were all delicious. I would heartily recommend it!

My boyfriend and I had an incredible experience with Chef Jordan’s cooking class! From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us into his home and made us feel so comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the class itself was both fun and educational. The food we prepared was absolutely delicious, and we were thrilled to bring home extras to enjoy later. Chef Jordan is very personable and easy-going. The flavors were good. We had him travel to our home for a family event. Ingredients were simple but good. Don't expect to learn new ways of cooking with shiitake, maitake, Trumpet or any other type of mushroom other than cremini and portobello. While very basic, the flavors were good and the average person will be able to replicate rather easily later. We'd likely have him back for a catering event.

This was one of our bachelor party activity ideas and we had a blast!
Chef Jordan was very hospitable when we he had us at his home. The food organized and ready to go upon arrival. It was a casual yet informative event, where we had a mixture of different hands-on activities. Such as massaging ingredients into the steak, slicing potatoes for french fries, or one of our favorites, caramelizing apple slices for ice cream. Jordan was very informative and kind when it came to teaching us which was a huge part of our positive experience. We also took some extra food to go home too which was a plus.
Overall the group loved it and highly recommend this, especially if you cook or plan to cook more at home, a lot of valuable takeaways.

Chef Jordan and his Thai Cuisine Experience was awesome! Jordan was very prompt and great with communication as well as a super down to earth person and great chef! He taught us tons of great cooking and knife skills as well as went even further to teaching us some gardening skills and facts about nutrition which was very informative and made us realize the importance of healthy eating/cooking. I'd highly recommend Chef Jordan to anyone looking to do a cooking class, he was great and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday!
