Cooking Class: Cooking Gourmet Asian Selections
If you love Asian cuisine, it's time to learn how to make it yourself with this hands-on cooking class. Chef Mell will be your guide as you learn valuable new cooking skills and authentic Asian culinary techniques and recipes.
To start, you'll toss together a wholesome chopped salad filled with vegetables and plenty of crunch, drizzled in a homemade dressing with signature Asian flavors. Next, master the art of making perfect sticky pork ribs to be served over a steaming bed of white rice. Fry up some crispy vegetable spring rolls and end this class with an indulgent dessert of fried sweet plantains.

Chinese Sticky Pork Ribs and White Rice
With hoisin sauce, rice wine, dried chili, garlic, ginger and shallots
