Turn your dining room into an authentic trattoria with this Italian-themed cooking class from Chef Chad. He'll provide step-by-step instruction for creating an Old World meal with contemporary appeal.
You'll start with bruschetta prepared with sourdough you'll bake from scratch and make your own homemade pasta in either tortellini, ravioli or tagliatelle form. Roast bell peppers stuffed with herbal seasonings and tender cannellini beans for an intriguing side dish. For a sweet ending, whip up coffee gelato with roasted chestnuts for a fine Italian dessert.

Chef Chad is fantastic! He shared a lot of helpful tips and techniques with us and we had a wonderful culinary experience. I highly recommend his cooking classes and private chef experiences!
Chef Chad got an early start in the kitchen, learning how to cook at the tender age of eight. After his interests shifted to sports, he became aware of the connection between nutrition and health. This awakening drove him to travel the West Coast and Southwest for pastry and private chef opportunities.
