Prepare your own authentic taco dinner from start to finish in this exciting cooking class from Chef Chad. He'll share his secrets for turning out a selection of Latin favorites that are sure to please.
Begin your session with street corn salad featuring cotija cheese, a Mexican favorite, and cook up your own homemade tortillas using blue corn masa for colorful flair. Then, choose from chicken, al pastor, carne asada or vegan options and create a selection of delicious fillings for tacos worth celebrating. You'll also prepare guacamole for a topper and an order of Mexican pastries for dessert.

Chef Chad got an early start in the kitchen, learning how to cook at the tender age of eight. After his interests shifted to sports, he became aware of the connection between nutrition and health. This awakening drove him to travel the West Coast and Southwest for pastry and private chef opportunities.
