You'll create pĂŁo de queijo, a traditional Brazilian bread flavored with parmesan, and a batch of fritters featuring the flavors of cheese and corn, served with creamy avocado dip. You'll also prepare a showstopper of a focaccia, topped with decorative art elements and flavored with red onions and warm herbs.

Rachel was very helpful and the meal was genuinely delicious. I feel confident that I could recreate it now on my own. If you have allergies let her know so you can plan together to avoid them in your meal. She was very sweet with our dog and made due with our minimal tools and experience. We would definitely work with her again!
