If you've always wanted to make your own sushi but never had the courage to try, this cooking class from Chef Dominique is a perfect introduction. Learn the professional technique for turning out rice no sushi lover can resist. Then, use it to assemble a duet of restaurant-style sushi favorites, a California roll with a sweet blend of crab, cucumber and avocado in the mix, and a tempura sweet potato roll, with a clever kick of creamy sriracha.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.
