Cooking Class: Sushi-Making for Li'l Chefs

Bring your budding chefs into the kitchen for an introductory sushi session in a cooking class where kids run the restaurant! Chef Vivian and Michi are on deck to show your little gourmets how to create their own versions of sushi rolls and a selection of sweet and savory sides. 


They'll start by assembling a classic miso soup peppered with tofu and warm scallions before crafting a double dose of sushi goodness, dragon rolls featuring shrimp tempura and California rolls with crab stick added to the mix. For dessert, they'll learn to create their own ice cream sandwiches using their choice of tasty toppings.

Absolutely adored our experience! It was my husband and I’s 7 year anniversary and we wanted to try something new. Chef Vivian and Michi went above and beyond our expectations from the comfort of us feeling at home in their cozy abode to their individual attention to each individual to ensure complete understanding of the process. I am So excited to make my own homemade pasta at home! We will most definitely be back to see them for more lessons!

It was a fun experience for me to learn how to make Gyoza for the 1st time. Chefs Vivian and Michi were very enthusiastic and patient. Everyone seemed to enjoy the class a lot. I love the potato salad and couldn’t help eating it nonestoppably. I had a blast!
