Cooking Class: Donuts From Scratch

There's no better treat than a fresh donut hot from the fryer. In this baking class, Chef Meg will teach you how to make two different types of donuts from scratch.

Start by prepping your dough, then set it aside to "proof." While you're waiting, Chef Meg will show you how to make a fresh blueberry and lemon glaze, and espresso sugar. Once you've made your toppings, you'll see that your dough has doubled in size! Learn how to roll, cut and fry your donuts, then decorate them as you please.

Meg was amazing and a great teacher. She knows her stuff. However the location is not appropriate for a cooking class. Meg did a great job trying to rise to the occasion despite not having the appropriate supplies or kitchen.
