Learn how to make traditional Asian dishes using fresh ingredients and authentic techniques in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Kelsie will guide you through these comforting flavors and teach you how to add a luxurious twist.
To start, you'll learn how to make dumplings from homemade wonton wrappers, stuffing them with beef, cabbage and carrots. Then make beef and broccoli from tender steak stir-fried with broccoli and green onions. A hearty lo mein filled with fresh bean sprouts, mushrooms and cabbage mixed in with tender noodles creates the third course. To finish the meal, indulge in sweet donut balls for dessert.
