Learn how to roll sushi rolls like a pro in this thrilling hands-on cooking class. Chef Lisa will teach you ancient techniques and modern tricks to create delicious sushi rolls.
Begin by crafting a warm miso soup with fresh shiitake mushrooms and spicy flavors. Next, learn how to create onigiri rice balls with tangy fillings and a sweet and savory yuzu sauce. For the main event, prepare and roll maki and uramaki sushi with fresh ingredients from land and sea. End your meal with a creamy gelato flavored with matcha and ginger.

Spicy Red Miso and Shiitake Mushroom Soup
With arame seaweed, dashi broth, scallions and kōrēgusu
Onigiri With Furikake and Yuzu Sauce
Filling options include teriyaki chicken, tuna and umeboshi plum
Maki and Uramaki Rolls
Ingredients include fresh fish, shrimp, cucumber, avocado, daikon, tofu, scallions and wasabi aioli
Matcha Green Tea and Ginger Gelato
