Chef Joseph shares a side of Italian cuisine you've never tasted before in a hands-on cooking class with authentic Old World appeal. Prepare a meal filled with classic flavor infused with gourmet goodness.
You'll assemble baby Caesar salad in handmade parmesan cups for a whimsical starter before making margherita pizza using fresh dough you'll make yourself. Cook up crostini topped with eggplant and garden-grown tomatoes, and to celebrate "la dolce vita", create zabaglione from scratch, topped with fresh berries.

With flour, yeast, mozzarella, roma tomatoes and fresh basil
Eggplant Caponata Crostini
With olives, roma tomatoes and Italian bread garlic

With eggs, sweet marsala and an almond cookie
