Bring a splash of Southern sunshine to your midday meal with this in-person cooking class where Heartland flavors are the special every day! Chef Justin shares his talent for creating satisfying dishes so you can recreate the magic for yourself.
You'll create a refreshing salad with the contrasting flavors of scallions and blackberries and prepare Creole crab cakes covered in silky Hollandaise. There's also a tempting hash brown dish made flavorful with lemon mustard greens and fabulous French toast featuring a duck egg wash and zesty five-spice seasoning.

Chef Justin was awesome! Food was delicious and we had a great time chatting with him about his experiences as a chef. He gave great cooking tips pertinent to the class but also to just about every other area of cooking that I could think of. If you want to learn cooking of any style and have great conversation while you do it then this is your class. Looking forward to booking him for another class in the future!
