When it comes to ravioli, it's the filling that separates the good from the great. In this cooking class with Chef Warren, you will learn how to make incredible homemade ravioli with a filling of assorted wild mushrooms.
Chef Warren will help you prep your own mixture of ricotta, garlic, mushrooms and plenty of herbs, which you will stuff into your fresh pasta sheets. Once cooked, top your pasta with a creamy lemon, garlic and white wine sauce.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

We booked a team building event with Chef Warren, and it was totally perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious, and we learned a lot too. I thought the location was great too — warm and intimate, but still plenty of space for a group cooking class. If you're on the fence about booking, you definitely should go for it — worth every penny!

After graduating with a degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu, and having the opportunity to train under a number of well-known celebrity and certified master chefs, Chef Warren's professional culinary career took off. After spending years gaining extensive experience as a renowned private chef, Chef Warren is now following his passion for sharing his culinary wisdom with others by teaching interactive cooking classes — many of which place an emphasis on vegetarian and vegan cooking.
