Cantonese cuisine is a popular style of cooking from regional China. In this cooking class with Chef Renee, you will get to experience Cantonese food with a twist.
She will teach you how to make two different dishes inspired by traditional Cantonese cuisine and flavors from India and Thailand. Your first dish features Sriracha-infused tuna served with crispy rice, followed by light and fresh seaweed rolls filled with avocado and sweet Thai mango.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
