Cooking Class: Preparing Authentic Roman-Style Pizza

Learn how to prepare a new kind of pizza in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Federico. You’ll master pizza al taglio, an authentic Roman-style pizza baked in rectangular trays and served in square slices. 


Begin by making dessert: a creamy panna cotta topped with fresh mixed berries. While your custard cools and sets, prepare homemade pizza dough and cover it with a classic tomato basil sauce. Create a traditional niçoise salad with wholesome ingredients while your pizza bakes. In the end, you'll enjoy a hearty, chef-approved Roman meal!
