Cooking Class: Make Pizza and Goat Cheese From Scratch

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll get to make authentic pizza totally from scratch, but that's not all! Chef Jenn will also teach you how to make fresh goat cheese by hand for the freshest, most flavorful pizza you've ever had.
You'll combine flour, yeast, olive oil and a bit of salt to form a perfectly-textured pizza dough. Then, knead and shape it before sprinkling it with plenty of toppings including, of course, your handmade goat cheese. Bake it to golden perfection and dig in!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Loved this class!!! As always Chef Jenn is great and super informative. So easy to make pizza dough and simple delicious marinara sauce. Jenn is great about answering questions and getting lots of class participation! Can't wait for the next one.

I enjoyed Chef Jenn's teaching style and the class, but I would have liked more variety in the ingredients offered. We were taught to make 3 or 4 different styles of sushi and everything was made out of the same two ingredients - avocado and smoked salmon. I don't like smoked salmon and that was the only fish offered, so I didn't eat anything I made. To me, sushi is primarily raw fish, and I was excited about enjoying the food.
