Cooking Class: Make a Menu of Japanese Classics
In this Japanese-themed cooking class, you’ll make some of Asia’s most iconic dishes using fresh and flavorful ingredients. First, your instructor Chef Fumiko will show you how to prep a crunchy fresh vegetable salad tossed in tangy miso dressing made from scratch.
Then, whip up some traditional comforting miso soup with satisfying tofu and colorful vegetables. For your entree, you’ll make sweet soy glazed salmon braised to the perfect meaty texture. You’ll also make fluffy steamed rice and sesame topped green beans for your sides. For dessert, enjoy delightful and refreshing green tea ice cream.

Amazing!!! 10/10 would recommend this to anyone. Chef Fumiko was very knowledgeable and made the process so easy. The sushi and Miso soup was amazing, and made learning about the history of sushi so fun. We will be trying our hand at this at home and hopefully make it a monthly tradition. Thank you Chef Funiko!
