Cooking Class: Cook Fabulous French Cuisine

Treat yourself to a French culinary adventure in a cooking class where gourmet is the only way! Chef Vivian and Michi are on board to show you authentic techniques for preparing a one-of-a-kind selection of regional French favorites. 


Representing Northern France, ratatouille, featuring slices of garden-fresh squash, tomatoes and eggplant. For fine coastal flavor, prepare fresh bouillabaisse in your choice of seafood or vegetarian versions. You'll also create a fabulous pilaf to serve on the side and whip up an authentic crème brûlée for a true French dessert no one can resist.

Ratatouille

With eggplant, yellow squash, roma tomatoes and zucchini


Boullabaisse

Vegetarians can be accommodated

A fish stew with shellfish, onions, carrots, tomatoes, garlic, broth and wine


French-Style Pilaf

With long grain rice, chicken stock, butter, fresh dill and parsley


Crème Brûlée

With heavy cream, egg yolk, vanilla bean and sugar

Chefs were both extremely professional, engaging and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. As a single woman made to feel comfortable entire evening. I cook & bake a lot however it is wonderful to learn new techniques and gain knowledge about foods I may not try on my own. Looking forward to my next class with these Chefs already reserved!

It was a fun experience for me to learn how to make Gyoza for the 1st time. Chefs Vivian and Michi were very enthusiastic and patient. Everyone seemed to enjoy the class a lot. I love the potato salad and couldn’t help eating it nonestoppably. I had a blast!
