Make decadent versions of your brunch favorites in this engaging cooking class. Chef David will teach you the kitchen skills and gourmet recipes that are sure to impress you at your next Sunday brunch.
To begin the class, learn how to make delicate crêpes the French way. A sweet strawberry filling and a homemade whipped cream make these classic treats more decadent than ever. Then, Chef David will teach you how to make the perfect eggs benedict to be served on a soft English muffin with Canadian bacon sprinkled on top.

David was personable informative and made the class fun. Although the Arsenal Cider House was a fun place to have the class it did not have the proper oven for making the pizza, I really enjoyed the class and recommend it.

The class was a lot of fun and the pizza was great. David was awesome to work with. I just wish that we would have been able to do more hands on. We were able to make the dough but did not get to make the sauce which I think would have made the class better and more hands on.
