To start, make a decadent French toast made from sweet challah bread flavored with vanilla and hazelnut. Then make a savory chicken breast juicy from the buttermilk and fried to crispy perfection. A honey butter topping makes this tender chicken pair perfectly with the French toast for a luxurious take on a brunch favorite.

It was pretty underwhelming experience, expected more out of the event and venue. The food was good but not very much and definitely something you could make with directions at home.

Chef Jimi was amazing very fun and explained every step. He was very supportive throughout the whole process especially when I was struggling with thinning the dough. Would highly recommend this class and this chef!

Fun class, and the sauce he made was so yummy! We wish we could have learned a bit more though so we could make the whole dish from scratch! Thank you!!
