Take dim sum takeout into your own kitchen with the restaurant-worthy recipes you'll learn in this cooking class. Chef Jason will be your expert culinary guide as you create four tantalizing dishes.
To start, heat up the wok to char crispy garlic and broccoli spiced with chilies and peanuts for a mouthwatering appetizer. Next, craft dumpling dough from scratch before learning the intricate art of dumpling folding for savory chicken lemongrass dumplings. You'll also create a hearty shrimp and pork filling for classic dim sum har gow dumplings before serving a decadent molten lava cake for dessert.
