Learn an expert's methods for making the perfect holiday cookies and how to decorate them in this fun, festive cooking class with Chef Laura. You'll discover new recipes, tips and techniques for serving holiday cookies that'll impress all your guests.
In this class, you will make perfectly chewy sugar cookies, elegant chocolate-dipped sugar squares and decadent dulce de leche tartlets. Then, using homemade royal icing, you'll pipe intricate patterns and designs to turn these tasty treats festive for the season!

Chef Laura is very talented and her home and kitchen are perfect for teaching classes. We made a sugar cookie dough, royal icing and a chocolate ganache. Dulce de Le he was provide for decorating. Laura gave us good tips in how to roll out the dough and she taught us different techniques in decorating cookies. Everything was delicious!

Laura was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was a perfect way to kick of the holiday season. Her home is exquisite and she had all the tools of the trade. Very well organized and spotless

She hosts fun, exciting cooking classes that share her vast culinary knowledge and a host of varied cooking techniques. She’s an expert at maximizing flavor using seasonal ingredients to create truly beautiful dishes and invites her students to come prepared to elevate their cooking game.
