The plant-based goodness of Spanish cuisine takes center table in this vegan cooking class, courtesy of Chef Lillo. He'll demonstrate how simple it is to turn up the garden-based goodness for as healthful as it is flavorful.
Cook up a batch of patatas bravas and prepare a complex take on salsa that blends savory bean and tangy mango flavors. Create an imaginative take on chicken and rice using tender jackfruit prepared mechada-style. And for dessert, prepare a mango and guava cheesecake that celebrates the possibilities of plant-based baking.
