Start out by learning to expertly spice and cook minced beef and lamb skewers to be served alongside flatbread and traditional tzatziki sauce. For your entrèe, cook perfectly tender zesty harissa salmon and herbed couscous alongside a hearty helping of vegetables. Wrap up this wholesome meal with an indulgent Greek-style apple pie.
